Your package is non refundable with no changes permitted. Further terms and conditions may be found in the tour operator’s brochure. All arrangements are governed by the term and conditions set by different tour companies involved in your trip, and are subject to cancellation fees as stipulated by these companies. We act solely as agents for the suppliers whose services are being arranged for you. Most discounted tickets, cruises and tour packages are non refundable or cancelable and have no refund value.

Trip cancellation and out of province health Insurance are highly recommended and can be purchased on our website Prior to departure, you must check in at least 2-3 hours before your flight .Please note flight times are subject to change.,so reconfirm prior to departure. Exotic Vacations will not be responsible for damages caused by strikes, cancellations, bad weather substitutions or modifications of arrangements by transportation companies. In the event of a cancellation or refund , Exotic Vacations reserves the right to retain a reasonable fee according to the work performed on the file.
All passengers, be advised that names, visas, affidavits, inoculations and travel documents are correct and current. Where a Passport id is required for entry, some Countries require that Passports be valid for a certain period of time after arrival back to the Country. Please note that entry to another Country may be refused even if the required information and travel documents are complete.
Living standards and practices at the destination, and standards and conditions there with respect to the provision of utilities, services and accommodation, may differ from those found in Canada.
This contract permits prices price increase. No price increases are permitted after the customer has paid in full. If the price is more than 7%, except increases resulting from an increase in retail sale tax or federal goods and service tax, the customer has the right to cancel the contract and obtain full refund.
